Pressure washing uses high water pressure and is right for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution and is what we use on siding, roofs, and anything that high pressure could damage. We match the method to the surface.

Not the way we do it. Roofs and siding get a soft wash, low pressure with a cleaner that does the work, so nothing gets blasted, gouged, or forced behind the surface. High pressure is saved for concrete and other hard surfaces that can take it.
